Cancellation Policies

In-person meetings and events will be cancelled or postponed in the event of inclement weather or if any of the following occurs:

• If it is snowing at the time of the meeting.
• If Prince George’s or Anne Arundel County Schools are closed on a meeting day.
• If Prince George’s or Anne Arundel counties cancel evening activities on a meeting night.

Other Cancellations

• The virtual meeting in November is held on the 5th Wednesday if there is one, due to Thanksgiving.
• There is no virtual meeting on the 4th Wednesday in December.

We invite guests to attend a general meeting to see how enjoyable they are. If guests attend more than two general meetings, we ask that you become a due-paying member to take advantage of programs, newsletters, the library, and other sharing opportunities.
